SMS opt-in data
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
BarkBase shares your mobile phone number and message content only with the messaging providers and telecommunications carriers needed to deliver the texts you requested, under obligations to use it for that purpose alone. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. You can stop BarkBase text messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE in capital letters. After you opt out, BarkBase sends no further texts unless you opt back in by texting START or UNSTOP in capital letters.
Service providers and disclosures
BarkBase uses service providers for hosting, consent management, product analytics, advertising measurement, scheduling, email and SMS delivery, and related operations. Current integrations include services provided by Vercel, CookieYes, PostHog, Google, Meta, Calendly, Resend, and Twilio. A provider may process information in countries other than your own under its applicable terms and safeguards.
BarkBase may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction. BarkBase does not sell personal information. Certain website advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some laws, and the consent tool can provide available choices; these never include SMS opt-in data.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, ongoing business communication, security, legal compliance, or dispute handling. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to prove consent and honour opt-outs. Retention can vary by record type and customer relationship.
BarkBase uses administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit sensitive production data through marketing forms.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent. You can opt out of BarkBase text messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE in capital letters, and adjust available cookie choices through the website consent tool. BarkBase may need to verify identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
Send privacy requests to the BarkBase team with PRIVACY in the subject. If you believe a request has not been handled appropriately, you may have the right to contact the data-protection authority where you live.
