You may use the website to learn about BarkBase, review public materials, contact the team, and access available signup or demo experiences. You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security, access controls, or other users.

BarkBase sends text messages to people who opt in, for example by entering a mobile phone number and agreeing to receive texts when booking, signing up, or requesting a demo. Messages are sent by BarkBase, including on behalf of the pet care businesses that use BarkBase to manage their bookings.

Messages can include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, account and payment notifications, and replies to your requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, in capital letters, to any BarkBase message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent.

Once you have opted out, you will not receive BarkBase text messages again unless you opt back in yourself by texting START or UNSTOP, in capital letters, to the number that messaged you. Signing up, booking, or giving your number again does not restart texts on its own.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in the BarkBase Privacy Policy at barkbase.app/privacy.

BarkBase aims to keep product, feature, comparison, and pricing information accurate. Software changes, and some capabilities can depend on plan, configuration, region, provider, or implementation scope. Public website content is informational and does not amend a signed customer agreement.

Competitor pages are published by BarkBase and disclose that affiliation. Competitor information should be verified with the provider before making a purchasing decision.

If you create an account, begin a trial, or purchase services, additional terms presented during that process or agreed with BarkBase will apply. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting credentials. Contact BarkBase promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

The website, BarkBase name, product interface, copy, graphics, and other materials are owned by BarkBase or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public pages and make reasonable internal copies for evaluation. You may not misrepresent BarkBase materials as your own, remove ownership notices, or use the site to create a confusingly similar product or brand in violation of law.

The website links to or embeds third-party services, including scheduling, analytics, advertising, payment, messaging, and product resources. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. BarkBase is not responsible for third-party websites it does not control.

The public website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, BarkBase does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every public statement will remain current after a product change. Nothing on the website is legal, accounting, veterinary, safety, or other professional advice.

Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable customer agreement. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
