Migration planning
Include the source system, approximate number of customer and pet records, future reservations, memberships or package balances, documents, and any deadline. Migration scope must be assessed from the available source data before it can be confirmed.
Security and privacy
Use the same address for security questionnaires, data-processing questions, privacy requests, or responsible disclosure. Put SECURITY or PRIVACY in the subject line so the request can be routed quickly.
