BarkBase website privacy notice
This notice explains how the BarkBase marketing website handles information. A customer agreement or product-specific data-processing agreement may provide additional terms for information processed inside the BarkBase application.
Information collected
BarkBase receives information you choose to provide through demo, pricing, contact, or signup interactions. This can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, number of locations, services, and the content of your message.
The website can also collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring information, campaign identifiers, and interactions with site elements. Cookie choices are managed through the consent tool presented on the site where required.

How information is used

Service providers and disclosures

Current website integrations include services provided by Vercel, CookieYes, PostHog, Google, Meta, Calendly, and Resend. A provider may process information in countries other than your own under its applicable terms and safeguards.
BarkBase may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction. BarkBase does not describe ordinary data use as a sale of personal information; certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some laws, and the consent tool can provide available choices.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, ongoing business communication, security, legal compliance, or dispute handling. Retention can vary by record type and customer relationship.
BarkBase uses administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit sensitive production data through marketing forms.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent. You can also adjust available cookie choices through the website consent tool. BarkBase may need to verify identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
